  Brilliant service from B and R service. Sarah who served me really took the time to help me decide what washing machine I needed. Very impressed with the time she gave me. Fantastic service would recommend to friends and family !

  Booked an appointment between 1200-1700 Friday; took a half day off work to wait in for the engineer. Called the office to check they were definitely coming when nobody had arrived by 1600 and was assured someone was definitely coming, but we were probably the last job of the day as we live quite close to the office. The engineer never showed up and nobody bothered to give us a call. Don't waste your time here.

  Great service and great people! B & R gave that personal and caring touch that you just don't get from the big name stores any more. They were clean and tidy and went out of there way to get my machine into an awkward spot in the kitchen. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
